By accessing this website and the xGameFi application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02 Use of the service

You must use the service lawfully. You are prohibited from:

• Infringing the rights of third parties, including studios and players.
• Transmitting spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform, its accounts, or API keys.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with a studio.
• Scraping storefront or transaction data without written consent.
• Attempting to double-spend, replay, or otherwise manipulate on-chain payments.

03 Studios, storefronts & services

xGameFi provides storefront infrastructure, checkout, P2P trading, referrals, promotions, and signed webhook delivery. Studios are responsible for the items they list, their pricing, and for granting purchased items in their own game. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

04 Intellectual property

All website and platform content (text, graphics, logos, the xGameFi mark, software) belongs to Artisam Labs or its partners. Reproduction or derivative works require prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use. Each studio's storefront is branded with that studio's own brand over our skeleton.

05 User submissions

By submitting content (item data, branding, listings), studios grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating their storefront. Studios confirm they own the content and that it does not violate third-party rights.

06 Blockchain & payments disclaimer

Payments and payouts settle on the public Stellar network. Blockchain activities carry inherent risks including market volatility, network congestion, and regulatory uncertainty. xGameFi verifies payments on-chain but does not guarantee the value of any asset. Nothing here is investment advice. Studios and players are responsible for their own wallet security and keys.

07 Third-party links

External links (Stellar, Freighter, studio sites) are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content or practices.

08 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artisam Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services, including failed or delayed on-chain payments outside our control.

09 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Artisam Labs against claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10 Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revisions.
